Happy Holidays, everyone!

As we roll into one of the busiest months of the year, I just want to remind you to stay connected to your body. December can pull us in a million directions, so give yourself permission to slow down when you can. Maybe that’s a little extra sleep, getting some movement in, or just taking a moment to breathe. Whatever helps you feel resourced and supported, lean into that this season.

New in the Office: Erchonia Laser + Rolfing®

My new Erchonia lasers have been a great new tool in my practice. They blend beautifully with Rolfing sessions, adding another layer of support for the body. You can also come in for laser-only sessions, which has been really fun to offer!

If you haven’t tried the laser yet, come in and experience it. There is no down time, it’s gentle, and an energy boost.
