I’m a Certified Advanced Rolfer® based in Crested Butte, Colorado, specializing in helping people break out of recurring pain patterns—especially when other treatments haven’t created lasting change.

Over time, I’ve seen that pain isn’t random. It’s the result of how the body has adapted and learned to move. When those patterns don’t change, the pain doesn’t change.

That’s why my work focuses on the body as a system, not just the area that hurts. Through hands-on structural work, I help your body find more efficient, supported ways of moving so it can stop repeating the same stress patterns.

Living in an active mountain town, I understand how important it is to have a body that supports your lifestyle. Whether that’s skiing, biking, running, or simply living without constant discomfort.

My goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and function at a higher level by changing the patterns driving how your body moves.
