Happy Halloween
Hello friends,
I’ve been reflecting on a simple yet powerful truth: healing requires s p a c e. Space in the tissues. Space in the breath. Space in the nervous system. This month, I’ve been integrating the Erchonia cold laser into sessions, and I’m truly excited about what it’s offering. Not just for pain relief, but for helping the body clear out what it no longer needs.
What does the laser actually do?
The Erchonia laser is FDA-approved and non-invasive. It works by sending low-level light into the tissues, which the body absorbs at the cellular level, stimulating energy production and supporting healthy cell growth at a rapid rate. The result? Less inflammation, less pain, and more vitality for healing.
One of the most profound ways the laser supports your system, especially when combined with Rolfing and fascial work, is by helping your nervous system come back into balance and let go of unnecessary tension.
Why fascia matters
Fascia is the body’s connective web, a continuous, intelligent network that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, and organ. When it’s supple and aligned, movement feels fluid and easeful. But when it becomes restricted through injury, stress, or posture, it can pull the body out of balance and limit how freely we move and breathe. Rolfing works directly with the fascia to restore length, glide, and integration. When we combine it with the cold laser, we’re giving your tissue both the light energy and the manual guidance it needs to unwind old patterns. The result often feels like more space, not just in the body, but in how you inhabit it.
Want to experience this? If you’re feeling tight, out of alignment, or like your body’s holding on to old tension, let’s work together. These sessions can be deeply restorative, not just physically, but energetically too. As always, this work is gentle, intentional, and tailored to what your body needs most. You don’t have to do it all at once. We just make space, little by little.
Warmly,
Katie Franzmann
