Big Ideas,
Real Impact.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Module 0.1

IN THIS LESSON

First and foremost: evaluate where you are and where you want to go.

Every module is created to help you focus on what matters most to you. It’s not just about gaining knowledge—it’s about moving forward with purpose.

Find Your Baseline

1. Where You Are Right Now

Before we begin, take a moment to get honest about where your body is today.

Ask yourself: What currently helps my body feel safe?

Notice the movements, positions, or routines that give you relief.

2. What You’ve Tried

Look back at any therapies or treatments you’ve done.

What worked? What didn’t? And most importantly—why?

Your body has already been giving you clues.

3. What Pain Has Taken Away

What have you stopped doing because of pain?

Think activities, hobbies, daily movements, or parts of life you’ve put on pause.

4. What You’re Compensating With

What have you added or changed to manage the pain?

Extra stretching, bracing, guarding, shortcuts, avoiding certain movements—write it all down.

→ This becomes your “Starting Point Map.”

This is your baseline.

It shows exactly where you are right now so you can track real change throughout the program.

5. Where You Want to Go

Now shift into possibility.

What do you want to be able to do again with confidence and ease?

Hiking, working, traveling, lifting, sleeping, playing with your kids—name it.

6. How You Want to Feel

Finally, imagine the version of you at the end of Back to Life.

How do you want to feel in your body?

Strong, calm, capable, confident, unrestricted?

That feeling becomes your North Star for this entire program.

Accountability Check-In

Once you complete your starting point map, your baseline, go to the facebook group and post:

One thing I realized… fill it in

What was the most surprising thing you noticed about where you are right now?

What is the #1 thing you want to be able to do again?

How do you want to feel by the end of this program
